Industrial digital twins, built to be operated.
Vector Foundries is the company behind MineTwin, a digital twin platform for mining operations. We build the graph of the site, the engine that renders it, and the surfaces people work in, and we run them on real mines.
MineTwin
A living model of a mining operation, built from the systems the mine already runs: the site in 3D, every asset and how it connects, live telemetry, and an expert agent that answers from all of it.
- Twin Builder turns an asset register into placed, typed twins on real terrain.
- Expert Agent answers operational questions with sources and confidence, inside role-based access.
- Orientation inducts every person to their role in their mine, with packages for the learning system already in place.
Proven on MineZero, our production-scale sandbox mine, and in use at customer operations today. We talk about those on a call, not on a web page.
Three convictions
The world's most capital-intensive industries still run on software that fragments the operation instead of describing it. We build the description.
The graph, not the scenery
A twin you cannot query is a render. The value is in the relationships between assets, people, documents and events. The 3D view is one way of looking at that graph, not the product.
One twin, many surfaces
Builder, agent, orientation, game-engine and web clients all run on the same model. Author a site once and every surface knows it. Add a surface and it inherits everything.
Operated, not demonstrated
Infrastructure earns its keep by running every day on a real site, connected to real systems, under real access rules. We measure ourselves on what is live, not on what is shown.
Mine engineers who build engines
Preston Miller
Mine engineer first: underground, open pit, Arctic. Over a decade in mining operations and technology leadership, including a global-scale digital twin program at Teck. Founded Vector Foundries to give operations the shared reference for how they work that was always missing.
Ludvig Lovén
Creator of TurboTwin, the real-time spatial engine that MineTwin runs on, purpose-built for industrial-scale environments. Arvikasoft is the development studio behind the platform's technical build. A civil engineer who builds 3D engines, in Unreal Engine since 2014.
